Having never prepared game before (and being more than a little apprehensive about it) your sensitive and supportive manner was extremely helpful. WeÂ’ve learnt lots of new and exciting things and had wonderful new taste (and smell!!) experiences~ as well as practical skills that will be used routinely in the kitchen forever more! The foliage~ flowers~ fungi and fruits of foraging will feature very highly in our daily diet wherever possible in future. The knowledge and skills you both have complement each other perfectly to provide a fantastic experience. You taught us a great deal and made it truly enjoyable and an unforgettable experience.
