Artisan Food Courses
These day courses are your chance to learn some of the most amazing food skills: how to butcher a deer into joints, sausages and more, how to create sour dough and other breads, or down on the farm, how to milk goats and make cheese.

& Fishing Courses

Taste the Wild on Television
Due to the amazing weather this year, the crop of wild hedgerow berries has been amazing. It was so good it even made the news!

Taste the Wild Locations
Taste the wild is based in North Yorkshire with very good road links.
Our main woodland site is within easy reach of the M1, M62 and within ten minutes of the A1.
The woodland does not have a postcode but you will receive directions on booking.
Our coastal courses are based in Staithes on the North Yorkshire coast and Flookburgh on the Cumbrian coast.
