	Build your own Earth Oven one day £50.00 For Course dates >>> (click here) This course will teach you how to build a small cob oven from scratch. During the day we will look at all aspects of oven building from selecting your raw materials and mixing your cob through to the first firing. The course is a hands on experience and we will contruct an oven together on the day so you can see and experience the different processes in action. We will also be cooking our lunch using the existing earth oven on site so that you can experience first hand, how to light and fire an oven and cook in it. Due to the hands on nature of this course please wear or bring clothes that you do not mind getting muddy and wear sturdy waterproof boots or wellies. The course runs from 9.00 am to 4.30pm and we will supply pizza ingredients so you can bake your own pizza for lunch. Max course size is 8.
