Coastal Foraging & Fishing Courses
Discover the wide variety of fish, seaweed, shellfish, and coastal wild edibles on our beautiful coast. Based in Staithes, North Yorkshire. We stay in a cottage 25 metres from the sea. Walking, fishing, rockpooling and good food are included in this course.
Wild Food, Foraging & Cooking Courses
Our hedgerows and woodlands are full of edible treats. Learn which ones make a tasty salad, which ones flavour ice cream, which mushrooms grow where. We have 1 and 2 day courses on seasonal foraging and wild food cookery.
Woodland Craft & Bushcraft Courses
There is something elemental about making things from natural materials that feels deeply satisfying. Working in the woodland environment with camp fires and basic tools, all our craft courses are fulfilling and fun.
