This course has been designed specifically for children and adults learning together.  This fun, hands on course will give you and your children an introduction to the basic skills of Bushcraft. We have designed this course to cover many of the topics included in ‘Introduction to Bushcraft’, however, during this weekend we adapt our teaching methods to target the needs of our younger course participants. We include woodland games and play sessions to help the learning process and make the weekend interesting and exciting for the whole family. 

Fire lighting, shelter building, knife safety and wild food foraging are all covered.  There will be time spent around the campfire learning woodland crafts and sessions on animal tracking and simple navigation. 

The cost for the course covers all tuition, use of tools, camping in the woods, either in your own tent or in one of our tipis and all meals, which we cook together as part of the course.  Places are limited to 10 per course.
